Dear fellow bankruptcy practitioners: Have a potential client with $95k in credit card debt who is prime Ch. 7 material except that six of the cards are in the names of his mother or father that he applied for (with their tacit approval) and he solely charged to as an authorized user. Can I file all of those amounts in his initial filing and successfully protect mom and dad from consequences?
